The Urbanist is hosting a slate of social events in March, with some additions to our usual schedule. Our Seattle events will be part social hours, part calls to action as we are joined by the Complete Communities Coalition (CCC) to talk about the Seattle Comprehensive Plan and how we can make our voices heard by city council. It’s an important time to do that as homeowner groups continue to push back against zoning changes that promote housing abundance, including with legal challenges.
We are again joining Eastside Urbanism for a social on the Eastside the last Thursday of the month, and we are partnering with Urbanist Shoreline to make a splash up north in Mountlake Terrace. Details for all of these events and more below. If you have an event you think should be on this list, or ideas for events in the future, reach out to Diego@theurbanist.org or submit them through this form.
