Dongho Chang joined as The Urbanist’s December guest speaker. Chang spent nine years as City Traffic Engineer at the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT), but in July he announced his departure to accept a post as State Traffic Engineer at the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). Chang has earned a sterling reputation for fighting for safety upgrades and highlighting new improvements on his Twitter account. In this video, Chang was interviewed by transportation reporter Ryan Packer, and among other things, talked about his plans for WSDOT and his proudest achievements at SDOT.
